The best workout for total body fat loss
You will need a pair of medium-weight dumbbells and a stopwatch for this routine. The one on your phone should work perfectly.
The great thing about this full body workout is that it can be completed as quickly as you want! First, set your timer. How long you keep it on is entirely up to you. This is because our total body fat loss training is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) training. Simply set your timer for five minutes or more (whatever you have time) and start going through the steps below for the set number of repetitions.
Try to rest as little as possible during the preset time. However, the correct shape should always be your top priority. Be sure to check out the how-to videos below. If at any point you feel like your shape is slipping, let yourself rest.
