Our simple asparagus turkey bacon pizza makes a light and healthy lunch or a fun weekday dinner! Finally a delicious gluten-free pizza recipe that you can devour without feeling guilty!
- 1 Chickpea thin-crust pizza dough
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 cups fat-free mozzarella shredded
- 1/3 Cup Turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 Cup asparagus cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 Cup Red onion cut into thin strips
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with nonstick spray
Spread the chickpea pizza crust in a thin, even layer on the prepared pizza pan.
Brush the crust with olive oil and garlic.
Sprinkle the cheese over the garlic oil and top with the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese starts bubbling and browning. Let the pizza cool a little before serving.
