Anyone can make this foolproof snack! First add olive oil to your pan and cook over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the seeds and place the lid on the pan. Keep the lid on the pan if the kernels start to burst and shake the pan regularly. Once the popping slows down, remove the lid and sprinkle sea salt on top. Good Appetite!

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Popcorn kernels
- 1 teaspoon sea-salt
Heat the olive oil in a large pan (with a lid) over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the seeds.
Put the lid on the pan and gently shake it regularly. DO NOT remove the lid once the cores begin to burst.
If the kernels burst, keep shaking occasionally. The popped kernels can easily burn. Continue cooking until the pops slow down. Take off the stove and wait for the popping to stop.
Remove the lid and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy it hot!
An iron pan is great for this recipe! However, doubling up on this recipe is not recommended as the popcorn can burn easily. If more than 4 servings are required, we recommend making several batches as required.
