- 3 lb Boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken soup
- 3 Lemons peeled and juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 Tesapoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
Place the chicken, chicken broth, lime juice, zest, salt, pepper, and cumin seeds in the instant pot. Close the lid and put on manual high pressure for 25 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Use the quick release function to release the pressure. Chop with a fork.
