The cold brew process
What’s the catch? Well, cold brew takes more time than filter coffee. In fact, it usually takes an entire night (12 hours). However, our light cold brew only steals about 5 minutes Your Time and you just need to let it rest after preparing it.

This is how you make it easy to brew cold at home

First, grind coffee beans and place them in a beverage container with cold water. Stir until the coffee grinders are completely saturated with water and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, line a colander with a cheesecloth and pour the chilled mixture through the colander and into another beverage container. Finally, pour yourself a cup, add milk or sugar and enjoy! As simple as that!

- 1 Cup whole coffee beans
- 4th cups cold water
Coarsely grind the coffee beans by pulsing the beans in a grinder.
Place the beans in a 5 to 6 cup beverage container. Pour the cold water over it. Stir gently to make sure the beans are sufficiently saturated with water. Cover and refrigerate overnight, no more than 12 hours.
Line a colander with a cheesecloth and pour the chilled mixture into the lined colander via a bowl or beverage container. If necessary, transfer to a storage container, the cold brew can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Pour the cold brew into a drinking cup and add the milk, water or sweetener you want as you like.
