A clean crust that your body will love
Most pizza crusts are made up of carbohydrates and few, if any, nutrients. Our light and aromatic crust completely digs up the white flour and instead lights up chickpeas. This powerful superfood makes an incredible flour that you can use as a substitute for regular flour. Unlike regular flour (which is made from grain), chickpea flour is made from legumes. This gives chickpea flour a nutrient-rich profile that blows regular flour out of the water.
Let’s talk about chickpea flour!
Chickpea flour contains more vitamins, minerals, potassium and folic acid than flour. At the same time, it has fewer calories, fewer carbohydrates and more protein. What more do you want As a bonus, this fantastic flour can also aid in your weight loss efforts. Its high fiber and protein content ensures that you feel full and stave off cravings.
Not only is this flour in this chickpea flour crust recipe, it’s also incredibly versatile. If you are considering making this flour a staple in your kitchen, we don’t blame you! Swap it out for white or wheat flour whenever you get the chance.
