  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon ginger fresh, grated
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 lemon juiced and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4th Pork chops Middle cut
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • In a small saucepan, heat the blackberries, ginger, honey, water, salt, cinnamon, lemon juice and lemon zest over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Put aside.

  • While the sauce is cooking, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with granulated garlic and pepper and sauté in the pan for 5 minutes on each side.

  • Reduce heat, add broth and cover to finish cooking, about 10-15 minutes. After 7-8 minutes, check that the chops are cooked through but not overcooked. The internal temperature should be at least 30 ° C. Plate and drizzle with blackberry and ginger sauce.
