  8. When pressure is finished releasing remove lid and stir. If noodles are not finished, simmer untill they are done..
  9. Plate. Top with parmesan cheese..
  10. Enjoy!.

Stir and scrape bottom to remove any bits.. Add the chicken breast slices to the pot. Leave the chicken to cook, stirring occasionally, until the Instant Pot turns off. Add the chicken broth and water to the pot. Add the penne to the pot and spread it out evenly on top of the chicken.
